Melbourne CBD OMS practice for sale

A busy Melbourne OMFS practice located in Collins Street Melbourne is for sale to a specialist OMS in the next 6-12 months. The practice is part of an associateship with two other senior OMFSs.

The physical lay out is ultra  modern (fit out 2018). There is an in-house OPG and CBCT facility,  intra-oral  scanning. On-site parking is available.

The purchaser would preferably need to have an interest in implants as they constitute 50% of the practice.

Staffing is well covered with two receptionists, a PA and 2 oral surgery nurses together with an Oral Health Therapist to manage the implant recalls / reviews.

The selling practitioner would be happy to discuss terms, and to also negotiate staying on in a part-time capacity for a period to ensure maximum retention of referrers and to provide mentoring of implant cases.
