If you have made a purchase from ANZAOMS that is not of an acceptable quality or does not match the product description, it can be returned for an exchange or refund. ANZAOMS does not offer an exchange or refund for change of mind. In the event of a refund, funds will be returned in the same manner in which they were originally paid. Delivery Process & Timeframe
Access to the member areas of this website will be available to a member of ANZAOMS upon payment of the appropriate membership fee as prescribed via electronic communication to the member. Credit card payments will be processed in real time, however membership fees paid via direct deposit and cheque will result in access being available upon receipt of the funds in ANZAOMS bank account.
For purchases from the online store, the goods will be shipped via Australia Post to the recipient within 2 business days of receipt of payment.
